Join us!  Skookum Rotarian Bill Busacca has arranged a downtown Shelton cleanup work party for us on Saturday November 21 at 9 am, rain or shine!  Bill has scouted the route from First and Railroad all of the way down to Seventh and Railroad for our project.  We will gather at 9 am at the Evergreen Square parking lot with weed eaters, leaf blowers, trowels, and litter picker uppers in hand.  We expect the project to last not more than a couple of hours for many hands make light work.  Don't forget your mask and to dress for the weather.  We will be practicing social distancing.
The project will help to make the downtown core sidewalks sparkle just in time for the Christmas Town, WA community event coordinated by Rachel Hansen, the Shelton Mason County Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Shelton Merchants, City of Shelton and Kristmas Town Kiwanis.  Please contact Bill at to RSVP and let him know if you are able to bring a leaf blower or weed wacker to the party.  This will be a great opportunity to see your fellow Rotarians and to burn off a few of the extra calories you might be consuming during your Thanksgiving feast.
A memory from a Spring downtown clean up.
